Great Work & Fast & Reasonable Prices? I managed to "bump" the side of my garage wall causing big dents in both of my left doors. I went to Apollo and got a reasonable estimate and left my car there (about $700 cheaper than my first estimate). They put me in their free loaner car!! YES THEY ARE ACTUALLY FREE! I didn't believe it at first but it was true. They give all customers a free loaner car while they repair their cars. All together great experience. YES, I would refer friends and family. GOOD WORK APOLLO

I brought in my 200 Honda Civic on a Wednesday because I needed the bumper and front grill replaced. I was helped by the Manager Chris, and Tammy who worked in the front office. Chris walked me through the whole process and told me that they would order the part and call me when it had been painted. They called me Friday afternoon to tell me the parts were ready I dropped my car off Saturday morning and it was ready first thing Monday. The work done was excellent and I would highly recomend Apollo for body work. P.S. My repairs were not covered by i9nsurance I paid out of pocket and the service was still excellent

I as well have used Apollo Paint & Body at least 5 times with two different automobiles since 2001. I had a small sports car that kept getting hit in the parking lot. The car that I have now is much larger and I've only taken it in once for damage after being rear-ended. Two times I took it in just to get out the dings and just get it looking better. However both times I've not been at all happy with the quality of the work. You would think they would know that if I'm spending time and money just to get my auto looking good with no actual body damage, they would know mediocre work would not be satisfactory. The first time I had to take it back where an area I'd specified had been "forgotten" and the body molding they'd replaced on the sides of the car popped off within two days. The following year I again went back due to all the door dings on the side molding. I really don't think it was replaced; just painted over because within a couple of weeks the paint had come off and the dings were in the same exact spots as before. Both times there was a lot off overspray inside my car. They washed it but didn't bother to check the inside to remove the paint or clean the dust. They also gave me a higher price than what I was quoted. They did come down to the original price for me. I am again getting my car repainted and getting all the blemishes out in the next month. I will not be going back to Apollo.

Awful! It took them a week and a half to do a terrible job. I had damage to the rear right side of my car, which involved repairing the door panel. They called and said it was ready, so I drove all the way up there to pick it up...well...the door wouldn't close all the way! Not only that, but the handle was scratched (not just a minor scratch, either), the hubcap was bent, the back panel was sticking up (not flush to the car), and there was compound putty all over the edges. They said they would fix it so I went back the next day and it STILL looked terrible. The door was not flush to the rest of the car. They adjusted it while I waited and it looked no different. They said they would keep it for one more day and fix it. I picked it up today and it's still not perfect. So that makes 3 times that I had to drive up there to pick it up. When I complained to the guy, he said, "Hey, all I can do is apologize". AVOID this place.

I have used Apollo Paint and Body a lot previously until the last time this year! I took my car in for repair,bumper wasn't sprayed properly,had runs in it and also had CDs stolen and CD player messed up because of workers playing my music in my CD player while they were working!Because my car was still under original manufacture warranty,Apollo didn't compensate me at all for having to get my CD player replaced nor did they do a through investigation for my CDs being stolen,even though the workers left the empty cases but took CDs out!!! I've used their service many times and never had any problems with CDs being stolen until this last time.
