This is actually a lot of fun. If you are visiting Austin or having guests from out-of-town, you must make a reservation and take them on the Austin Duck! If you live in the Austin area and have never been on the Austin Duck -- what are you waiting for?Everyone will have a blast and will remember it fondly. It is one of the most unique ways to see our wonderful city. Who can resist the fun of driving and seeing Austin landmarks and then going for a tour on Townlake?! This is a fun time, but it does get hot in the summer, so keep that in mind.

Austin Duck Adventures is probably one of the coolest things to do out on Townlake. They start off by taking you through the town of austin in an amphibious war vehicle. On their website you can read all about the units they posses and their history. Then you take a dive into the water around Town lake and they stroll you around and give you some of the highlights about the city and what you're seeing. This is perfect for dates, or familys, anyone really. Definitely a must to do for any one in town or a local resident.

Haven't you always wanted to drive a bus directly into Town Lake? Well, maybe not, but these people do it several times a day. Take an entertaining and informative tour of Austin in an amphibious bus that looks like a duck and enjoy the climax where the duck-bus turns and drives straight into Town Lake for the last part of the tour. Don't worry, this boat floats and can be driven in water just like a boat. Definitely an Austin way to experience Austin.
