A recommended stop for people new to town or with young children (or young at heart)

I took my family on the duck tours today. It was a nice stop. They hand out quacking noise makers to each guest, which does get old after a few minutes, but still fun. The driver was friendly and had good knowledge of Austin. The feeling of "driving" from the road into the water is neat. Make sure to call ahead for seats and parking suggestions (it's downtown).
