This company is a joke! First they charge my wife's debit card $752.20 for a ticket to Hong Kong. Then for some reason they have my wife pay them $790 cash, which she never got a receipt for, and they claim it is against their company policy to accept cash. Then they agreed over the phone to refund the cash, but when we got in the office they refused to refund the cash. Only after threatening to call the police on them if they didn't give us a receipt for the cash or the cash back, they refunded the cash. Then my wife says void the ticket, I do not want to do business with your company. So what do they do? They charge another $790 on her debit card!!!! They refund the $790 on the debit card, but not the initial $752.20. I filed a dispute with my bank on the $752.20 charge. The agency claims to have refunded the initial $752.20(the oldest charge on the card and logically should have been refunded first), but it does not reflect that on my statement. So for the record that's $2332.20 we were charged, and so far have only been refunded $1580, and NO TICKET! This has been going on for a week now. The only transaction I would recommend for this company is a flaming bag of dog sh*t on their doorstep!!! We went to cheaptickets.com and got speedy reputable service, unlike Gateway Travel & Tours.

Really! Really! Really Really Really !!!! Really awful service! Oh and by the way friend- Really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really awful!!!!
